Janet was a good friend and colleague from when I worked at the Ipswich Health District in 1979 and has remained a friend since then. It also became aware that Janet and I were related through both of our mother's side of the family. Nine of us that met at work formed a social group, which we called the East Suffolk Health Authority Group, and we met up every summer, Christmas time for a meal out and on various other special occasions. Janet was a lovely person and will be deeply missed.
